SafeHomes’ inagural Jingle Jam 10K aims to promote healthy lifestyles through fitness while furthering the mission of SafeHomes, Inc. The 10K Run/Walk will be a unique and fun-filled, Christmas-themed road race featuring high school marching bands performing at designated mile markers, a gospel choir at the finish line, Santa Claus, and a costume contest for race participants! Runners will be given jingle bells to lace into their shoes so they can "jingle all the way" to the finish line! Chip timers will be provided to each participant while a timing system will accurately process and record finish times.
The Jingle Jam 10K will be a 2-day festival consisting of a pre-race Exposition and Packet Pick-up on Friday, December 2, 2011, the race and a post-race Exposition on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at the new Evans Towne Center Park.

All Runners will receive a long sleeve, Dri-Fit t-shirt; a drawstring souvenir bag; a 12-month full-color calendar; jingle bells; and other awesome giveaways from our sponsors! The winner of our costume contest will receive a cash prize and the Overall Male and Overall Female finisher will both receive a watch from Windsor Fine Jewelers!
* Online registration fee is $35.00. Online registration will end on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 9:00 pm.
* Runners may register on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Race Expo for $40.00 at the Evans Towne Center Park from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
* All participants must pick up their race packets at the Race Expo on Friday, December 2, 2011 at the Evans Towne Center Park from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Packets WILL NOT be mailed. Must have picture ID when picking up packet.
